Sadly, life throws up many challenges and trials, and we all need a shoulder to lean on from time to time. When that just isn’t managing to help you through the muddle, life is just getting on top of you and you can’t see a way through it; you need a new perspective, and you may need to seek professional help.
Counselling gives you a safe place to talk through your worries and fears, and get help adjusting to divorce, job loss, health issues or other life-changing events. You can learn how to cope with depression, anxiety, stressful events, public speaking, job interviews, grief and especially bereavement.
In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.

It is important to understand the grieving process and the different stages you may be experiencing. Grief can be overwhelming, and all consuming, but when you’re ready to talk I am here to listen…
I can help you come to terms with your loss, give you practical advice and support you in your darkest moments.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
